Two years is a long time to wait for a behind-the-scenes tasting event here at M Cellars. We were thrilled to gather again with our valued wine club members earlier this month and enjoy a barrel tasting!
The event was an opportunity for club members to chat with owners Matt and Tara Meineke. M Cellars winemaker Matt, shared information about the winemaking process, vineyards, and vintage while providing samples directly from the barrel. Members were treated to a preview of the upcoming 2021 vintages along with a beautiful spread of charcuterie to pair.
