Philosophy At M Cellars we believe in a quality over quantity approach to our craft winemaking. Crop loads are continually adjusted to maintain vine balance throughout the growing season. It is our belief that healthy vines produce the best quality fruit. Inside the winery our job is to simply guide the wine towards maximum quality, fruit forward character and ageability.
Vintage Notes The 2015 growing season was warm and dry. The fruit harvested this vintage was from canes completely buried under soil. We were fortunate that we took this extra precautionary measure to ensure a relatively normal yield of our estate fruit. Despite the challenging winter of 2014-2015, we were able to harvest high quality/balanced fruit.
